Suzette Langley, LCSW, CPC is a human behavior specialist with more than a decade of experience in the assessment and management of communication skills and interpersonal relationships. Her experience as a clinical social worker provided an ideal springboard into the coaching and training field.
Suzette brings her unique experience in family systems theory and family therapy into the business world by coaching family members to resolve conflicts, appreciate differences, listen, respect and clarify communications, and build family integrity. An expert in recognizing and addressing underlying familial issues that block progress, she fosters family relationships that create a clear path for success and allow businesses to flourish.
Additionally, her coaching, training programs, and group facilitation help forward-thinking organizations attain remarkable business results by creating highly effective teams in the workplace that increase productivity, reduce conflict, retain star employees, and create a positive workplace culture. She has coached and trained in hospitals, engineering and legal firms, and construction and technology companies.
As an educator, Suzette teaches in the psychology department at Anne Arundel Community College and in the Business and Computers Department at Howard Community College. She is also a coach and facilitator for the Loyola Emerging Leaders MBA Program.
Suzette received her undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Illinois and her Masters of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh. She received her coaching training and certification through the Institute of Life Coach Training, an ICF accredited program.
